3 Goals, LLC, DBA STOGO (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website or mobile application (the “Application”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION VIA A CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
The information we may collect via the Application is as a service provided to a Client and depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
Personal Data Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address and phone number) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application.
Derivative Data Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including Application navigation, as well as other interactions with the Application via server log files.

Financial Data
We DO NOT collect financial data from the user.

Mobile Device Access
We will request access or permission to your mobile device’s calendar. We request this access only to determine if you have a schedule conflict with a
posted shift. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system.

Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use
information collected about you via the Application to:
1. Check your calendar only for the purpose of determining a potential schedule conflict.
2. Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with your employer
3. Create and manage your account.
4. Email or text you regarding your account.
5. Enable user-to-user communications.
6. Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.
7. Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.
8. Notify you of updates to the Application.
9. Perform other business activities as needed.
10. Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.
11. Request feedback and contact you about your use of the Application.
12. Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.

Interactions with Other Users If you interact with other users of the Application, those users may see your name, home facility, work unit and role, as well as any information you directly and deliberately communicate to them using the application.

Affiliates
We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

Sale or Bankruptcy
If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity. If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party. Texting
As part of the Stogo service, application users will occasionally receive texts from the Stogo customer service center. These texts will have information pertinent to their employment and/or updates from their employer. By downloading the Stogo Application you are authorizing Stogo to send you these type of texts. You are always able to opt-out of texts by typing “STOP” at any time from your device.

We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION VIA WEBSITE
When you interact with our website and/or Application, we automatically collect data about your internet activity such as your IP address, internet service provider, browser, information, device data, date and time of access, and the content with which you interact. We collect this information to provide a better user experience and better manage and improve our services. We use this information to administer the website, provide and improve our services, analyze utilization, protect our services and it’s content from inappropriate use, and improve the nature and marketing of our services. Stogo.com uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our website. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for
example using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you prefer, you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.

» Using System to actively transmit material that violates sexual harassment or hostile workplace laws in the Individual User’s local jurisdiction, or otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations.
» Making fraudulent or deceptive offers of products or services originating from application
» Causing or attempting to cause any security breaches, disruptions of network communications
» Circumventing user authentication protocols or the security
» The sharing or recording of any Protected Health Information (PHI)
